CKC Review

I had a good time a CKC in Portland this last weekend. I was able to come away with a few new things that I realy want to put to use. One is a way to add some texture to my pages, and the big thing is to Scrap my life right now, and to realy think outside the box when creating. I am realy looking forward to start scraping with a different look at life and my love of scrapbooking. Will have to post my projects at a later date they are not finshed at this time.

Crop Night

I was able to get a few things done at the crop last night at the Daisy Bucket.
I made and altered soap tin box into an album. I made the pages using chip board so they are stiffer. I will scrap these pages with Corey, Thor, and my favorite things. I also got my small album done to take with me to the CKC in Portland. Then I got a journal altered also.

1984 Chevy Pick-up

Can you believe that this is our old 1984 Chevy pick-up? Corey went out and took these photos the other night. After selling it in Nov. 2000 the new owner rolled it sometime early in 2001. The owner now bought it from the bank in Heppner a few years ago. He is just now starting to part it out. Corey went and bought the wench and bump off of the truck.

Ali Classes!

I am all signed up to attend the crop on Friday night and one class on Saturday. At the cost of the classes I can only afford one class. I hope it will be worth what I spent. I am attanding favorite photos of 2005 class. We have to have 5 favorite 5x7 photos for the album. We will have a complete album by the end of the 3 hour class.

FAVORITE PHOTOS 2005 June 3rd 1:00pm & June 4th 9:00am Display your favorite photos from 2005 in a thick chipboard spiral mini-album from 7gypsies. Students need to bring five, 5x7 photos - their favorite from 2005 - and basic tools. Educational emphasis: combining pattern paper, painting, inking, photography, and transparencies.
Lori and Vicki are also attending the class, so we all should have fun. We will need to make sure that we all get photos with Ali including a group shot with the whole class.
