Sorry that I have not blogged in a while not alot going on really. Just work and working out and keep the weight off. Buster and Thor are doing well. I thought I would share this received it in an emial today at work.

Relay U Training
Yep! That's right it is Relay time already. We had our Relay University training this last Saturday at the Pasco Red Lion. Lot's of new and fresh ideas going through my head and can't wait to see them come true at event. For all of you who support our local Relay Thank You. Kick off for the 2009 Relay For Life will be November 20th, 2008 at 7pm at the Hermiston Convention Center, hope to see you there. Celebrate Remember Fight Back!!
