Spent the weekend in Canby, Oregon at the Canby Grove Convention Center. Left Friday morning with Carol (Damons mom) and got down to Canby and decided to do some shopping found a quilt shop (Carol is a quilter) and look through a few other little stores then headed out the Outlet Mall in Woodburn. Love going shopping there, they have so many great stores that we don't have over on this side of the state. So spent some money on some closes for me :) Went out to dinner at a local bar that had great food!! Spent Friday night with the women from the church and getting to know others. Saturday was spent learning about women's roles in the Bible and learning how to let God take care of all our needs, wants, dreams and wishes. Learned a few things that I didn't know before, which is always a good thing. The guest speaker was good she really made you think about you and how to adapt these ideas into your day to day life. Sunday was a long day 1/2 day there and then the long drive home but it was so nice to be HOME with my family.
