Start Each Day With A Gift

Begin each day with a gift. Before your feet hit the linoleum, give a gift. Say a kind word tot he person who is sleeping with you and putting up with you. Begin each telephone call with a gift. The gift does not have to be monetary. The most powerful important gifts are invisible. Give gifts of caring. Give gifts of attention. Give gifts of affection. Give gifts of appreciation. The first gift that comes to mind is a compliment. Give gifts of recognition. Prepare a gift of kindness before you get to your office. Prepare a gift of kindness before you pick up the receiver. Find something a person did you appreciate. Find something they represent you respect. Find a special skill they possess. TELL THEM! Don't assume it is not important because the smallest of deeds should not go unnoticed.

In this season of giving remember the smallest of things, back to the simple basics of life. You don't have to go into debit to have a GREAT Christmas. As long as you have your health and family with you on this special day you have the best gift of all. I was told this year that all my paretents want for Christmas is for me to be happy, healthy and spend the day with them they don't need any gift because I am the gift.

I wish all my family and friends a very Merry Christmas!

Happy Thanksgiving!!

So is it funny how everyone begins to think of what they are thankful for just before Thanksgiving? I think we should be doing this everyday each year not just in the Holiday season of things. I know I have ALOT to be thankful for this past year, with so many life changing events that happened in my life. So where do I begin??? God has become a big part of my life I was baptized on Easter Sunday (Thank you Cindy for asking me to go to Church with you)
I am so thankful for my family, they have stood by me through all of this and did not judge me but supported me 100%. I truly found out how much they love me for who I am. I am thankful for the man that has opened my eyes and show me a new world and how I deserve to be treated. I am thankful to have a good job that provides for me and a good boss. I am thankful for the American Cancer Society that they allowed me to become apart of the Great West Northern Region Advisory Council as the Online Specialist. There are so many other things that it would take me all night to type out. But I have to say that I am most thankful for what God has given me so THANK YOU!!

Corey's Wife Kris!!!!!

Anonymous said... (by the way her name is Kris Corey's wife)

Just a few question for you: I was wondering if you have the old fondue set, pampered chef cookie press, and the Taylors' Family Cookbook. If you have these will please return. What is yours out of the family cookbook you can have but I would like that for myself as I went to Montana with Clydie.

This was the last comment that was left on my blog the one before that was asking for Photo's of Buster that I took of him when I was part of the family.

Okay so I think I should respond to these comments. First I am not sending you any photo's that I have a Buster or Thor I'm sorry those are MY memories of them not yours and you can't have them, you have been in their lives now for 6 months you should have your own photo's of Buster and Thor. Second as far as any personal items that I may or may NOT have they are now mine and I will not be returning any of them. I think you should really look through that house because you should find 2 of those items that your looking for. I just can't get over how much nerve you have to even be asking for these items, I have not lived in that house for over a year and the divorce has been final for more then 6 months. There is a lot of things that I ended up not getting out of that house but you don't see me coming to you and asking for these items these material things that can be replaced.

Kris you need to get a life and move on and quite coming to my blog and reading it. You and Corey's whole family asked me not blog about him and what was going on so I stopped but now... hummmm should I really do what you or Corey want? No this is MY blog and I can put what ever I want on it and yes you are free to comment what ever you want back, but that just shows that you are coming to MY blog and checking up on what I am doing in MY life and why do you care? So why are you checking up on me and my life? One big question would Corey approve of this and I say Hell NO he wouldn't approve. So why take the chance of him finding out that your trying to communicate with me? I have moved forward and living my life and Corey has moved forward with you so why are you pulling me back to yours and Corey's life?

Falling Leaves!!

An afternoon of playing in the leaves in the front yard. Good times and lots of laughs and giggles!!! Mikeal Ann was having fun putting all the leaves on Hunter and Hunter was having the same fun and then the BIG kid Damon was having just as much fun as the kids playing in the leaves. I didn't know what I was truly missing until I became a member of this loving family.

Just a few...

I just had to share this photo of Hunter, Rex (Rex is Billy and Amy's dog) and Damon in the jeep! Hunter and Rex where riding in the jeep as Damon pushed them around in Amy and Billy's back yard one night.
This last Saturday I had a few girls over to scrap and we had a blast of a time. Lots of laughs, good food and some great layouts created. Can't wait to do it again and I am sure the guys wont mind either since they went out shooting or hunting lol!!
Loving this weather the nice cool days and cooler nights, the rain has been so refreshing as well. We are having a small fire pit party on Thursday night with a few of Damons friends that we have not seen in a while it will be nice to kick back and hang out by the fire laughing, joking and drinking. Enjoying life one day at a time and thankful that I have the each day.
Sunday after church we are taking the kids to the Pumpkin Patch. Looking forward to getting some great fall photo's of the kids so I have some more photo to scrapbook.
Damon is getting ready for Elk season which is just in a couple weeks. I am wondering what I am going to do with no man and no kids. I am sure I will be spending time with Billy and Amy at there house and getting caught up on a few other things that I have been putting off.
Got all my checkup's for the year and I am A OK!! No health problems and all is good!!
I am looking forward to Christmas this year!! After last year it has to be a much better Christmas! I have started my Christmas shopping already some of it should be here next week.
So I think I have rambled enough till later!!
