A bad WW meeting...

because I gained 1.8 pounds. I feel so bad about it, I know these things will happen but it still makes me upset at myself. So I am back on track I am eating a good breakfast and I have planned lunch and dinner already. I am also giving up my Starbucks for a while as well. If I want to reach my August goal I need to get focused and keep on track with my eating and working out. (the August goal is 50 pounds lost half of my total weight loss goal) It's hard work and I know I have slacked off this last week. So that week is over and a new one has started. So next Monday night at my WW meeting I will be a loser again :) !!
