Just 4 fun!

I am board at work with nothing do to do since our computer system is down today with no ETR. So I created a new signature weight loss bar for me. Hope you have a great weekend.

Just a note

Okay so Monday did not go so well for me at WW I gained 1.6 pounds since last Thursday. But I am on the treadmill everyday and walking my butt off :) I ate out Thursday, Friday and Saturday it was good food but not so good on the scale. Amy did great this week again way to go girl. Keep up the good work!! My mother-in-law got her 10% goal this week Yeppee!!

Okay so onto something that is more fun to talk about with just over a week to go I will heading to Portland for CKC I am so excited. I love CKC becuase is gets my mojo flowing again where I am excited to scrap. Looking forward to seeing some of the new stuff from CHA that will hopfully be there. Ali Edwards will be there again (need to get a new photo with her). But most of all I am just so excited to get out of Hermiston and do something with the girls. So after shopping at CKC we are going downtown Portland to do some more damage :) at least this time we will get onto the bus like we know what we are doing, right girls? I am looking forward to going to Trader Joes. I have never been there but Amy goes all the time and gets the coolest things. We can't forget Rose's Bakery I have to get Corey a peice of carrot cake that is to die for.

Okay I think I have rambled enough for the moment.

Bored!!

I am sitting her bored I have cleaned the house and the bug out and there is nothing good on tv, and all I want to do is eat. This totaly sucks!! Really dislike Sundays like this.

I went to my WW meeting tonight since I missed Monday's meeting and lost a total of 4.8 pounds for a grand total of 67 pounds. I guess the tredmill is paying off for me. I have been walking 20 minutes in the morning for 1.25 miles and in the evening 30 minutes for 2.05 miles. I feel good that I have been sticking with the tredmill each day.

2008 VW Passat

I must saddly say goodbye to the yellow bug, I have loved you since the moment I drove you. You will missed, but you are going to a good home. So all Corey and I where going to do was look and get price quotes and we left the car dealer last night with this car. I am in love with this new Passat it is so plush and it has a lot of safty features to it. Happy Valentines to me from the best husband in the world Corey!!

a little someting

to get you updated with the last few days. The best news came on Thursday from the Dr. that the lumps in the left breast are nothing to worry about. I am back to my regular check ups each year. So thank ful that I can stop stressing about them and stress about something else now :) hahaha!!

The first team captains meeting for Relay went really well. We have 3 or 4 new teams sign up that's always exciting to see new poeple become apart of Relay.

Saturday I spent the day scrapping with the girls Carrie, Cindy, Amy and Vicki at a very special place that we must crop at again. Can we Please?? It was so nice to be relaxed and be able to truly enjoy our special time together chatting away about what ever came to mind without hurting anyone feellings. Thanks girls for a super time!!! I am so looking forward to the end of the month to spend the weekend away from home and do some fun shopping in Portland and at CKC. Thank god Amy knows how to get around Portland with MAX and TRI-MET.

The WW subject is well...ok I guess. I have been getting up 30 min early everyday and walking for 20 min (about 1.25 miles) and then walking at night for 30min (about 2.05 miles). Trying to get the exercise in to see if it will help me start loosing again. But Saturday was a bad eating day for me to much candy, pizza, chips and salsa. So we will see what tonight brings me hoping for good news.

Rodney Carrington

We went and saw Rodney last night at the TRAC in Pasco. It was a good show lots of laughs. If you have seen him on TV or have herd his song "Show Them To Me" you will know what I am about to talk about. When he started playing the song the house lights came on and guess what there where people showing them to Rodney. Corey and I just looked at each other, we could not believe that they where doing it. And Amy NO I did not Show them to Rodney. It was a good show glad we went and glad that we got home safe and sound it was snowing in the Tri-Citys the whole time we where there so the roads where snowy on the way home.

Another Snowy Sunday

yep that's right we have another snowy Sunday here in Hermiston. It's so nice to have the white pillowy snow falling out of the sky. Corey and I have already been outside playing in it with the dogs.

Shopping

I went to Maurices today and bought some new cloths. Got a new hoody, 2 tanks, and 3 shirts. It is so nice to shop for clothing that is not a tent. I like the fact that I can buy trendy, stylish clothing now.
