Bad Feelings Today!

So are you a bad person if you make a BIG mistake unknowingly? I feel like it right now. I did not have the right coverage on a Condo unit for a client of ours and I just had to tell them that. They where very understanding but still I feel horrible about it. It's my job to make sure that they (or any of my clients) have the correct coverage on their policies. I just need a good cry right now, okay I don't need to cry I am still at work and don't want puffy eyes the rest of the day. Hope your day is going better then mine till later.
